Principal Gregory J. Allen of GJA Developers, LLC has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development and construction field. Having built hundreds of residential units ranging from custom single family homes, to condos and townhouses, Greg has established a stellar reputation.

Greg Allen has been in the real estate development business since graduating high school in 1987. Greg obtained his degree in Environmental Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey where he was the Graduating Commencement Speaker. Greg has exceptional communication skills and extensive business experience.
Kathy Allen
Kathy is a dedicated professional. With over 15 years corporate experience working for JP Morgan and Voivo Cars of North America, Kathy has proven to be an asset to every organization she has worked for. Kathy handles all accounting for GJA Developers and works with homeowners as they customize their new homes with GJA. .
Brandon Allen
Brandon Allen is a 2017 graduate of Don Bosco Prep High School in Ramsey New Jersey and attends Ramapo College in nearby Mahwah, NJ. Brandon is a undergoing an apprenticeship program in Entreprenuership. He is presently studying abroad in Spain for Fall 2022 with a concentration in International Business.
